Ixthus Instrumentation are highly experienced in supplying vibration monitoring solutions to a wide range of industries. Through the Metrix Instrument Co and Hardy Instruments products we offer a complete range of vibration monitoring equipment. Once again the products can be combined to provide the perfect solution for your application, just contact us with your requirements.
Products include:
- Accelerometers
- Vibration Transmitters
- Signal Conditioners
- Vibration Switches and Sensors
- Impact Transmitters
- Cables, Connectors and Accessories.
Transmitters - A precision vibration sensor and signal conditioner in a single package built to provide years of reliable service. They are an ideal solution for sensing vibration on most plant equipment.
Sensors - We have sensors capable of sensing a wide range of vibration frequencies.
Metrix vibration meters are simple to operate and are ideal for obtaining spot measurements. Features include accurate, piezo-electric accelerometer sensor, LCD read-out in acceleration, velocity and displacement and true RMS velocity response
Ixthus Instrumentation are pleased to offer the Hardy Instruments range of portable vibration shakers
Hardy shakers are designed to be used in the field or in the workshop to verify the performance of vibration transducers, connectors, cabling, instruments or permanently installed machine vibration condition monitoring systems. Both models are battery powered, portable and have a built-in reference accelerometer and indicator with calibration traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
The HI 813 Shaker, used for testing from 25 to 10,000 Hz, offers adjustable frequency and vibration level. The ruggedized suspension system can support heavy transducers (up to 750 grams) that require testing in a horizontal direction, instead of the normal vertical direction.
This top-of-the-line HI 803 includes more operational functions. In manual mode, the vibration test level and test frequency can be set from 10 Hz to 10,000 Hz. In sensitivity mode, the HI 803 not only vibrates the transducer being tested, but also measures its output and calculates the sensitivity. This also features built-in display and printer to log data on the spot or store it for later.
